“ I had a full chicken with each half a different style, a side of mashed potatoes, some cooked spiced banana side and coleslaw. Each element was excellent. I literally watched them peal the potato so expect excellent, fresh food and not fast food. I shared this with my wife but if I was extra hungry, I might have been close to able to eat it alone. ”

Also, the owner Fabiola was so personable and really took her time to prepare my meal which made it all the more special. On a recent visit, I went to pick up an order from Kasava Taste off the Libramiento by Zona Romantica and was impressed by the food and owner--which has been rare in my 2 years living in PV (as a former working cook from NYC). I got the ribs with mashed sweet potatoes and plantains covered in peanut sauce (a must!). Yummmmmm is all I can say as everything was perfectly cooked and withflavor. Unfortunately I wasn't able to take pics of everything before devouring it. Fabiola the owner was so engaging and lovely that I wanted to support her small business by sharing here. You can get this deliciousness delivered on Uber Eats and she has a cute indoor/outdoor space for dining in as well. I honestly regretted not eating here once more before leaving PV! Don't make the same mistake ”
